Q: We would love the lakeside ceremony – what decor is included?
A: Our lakeside ceremony includes a beautiful wedding arch as standard. We’re working on a comprehensive package that will also include seating; however, at this stage, seating is provided by an external company and priced based on your specific requirements.

Q: Is there a backup plan if it rains?
A: Yes, we do have a backup option. If it rains, the ceremony will simply be held in the same space as the reception, ensuring that your day goes on seamlessly.

Q: For the bar facilities, what drinks are included?
A: The bar offerings are completely customizable. Many couples opt for a set bar tab that typically covers beer and wine, with guests paying directly for spirits. Ultimately, what’s included is up to you.

Q: Do we have to use in-house catering, or can we bring in an external caterer?
A: We require that guests using our facilities work with our in-house catering team. This helps ensure a smooth and coordinated experience for your wedding day.

Q: Is there accommodation for both the bride and groom’s wedding parties to get ready, while remaining separate?
A: Yes, we can arrange the space so that both parties are as far apart as possible. If you’d like to include photos on the balconies, we recommend scheduling specific photo sessions there to maintain the separation you desire.

Q: What is the deposit amount once we book?
A: Once your quote is confirmed, we will prepare your contract. At that point, a 20% deposit is required within 7 days, with the remaining payment details outlined in the contract and due closer to your wedding date.

Q: What additional add-ons are available and is there an extra cost?
A: Additional costs include the per-person food pricing, which varies depending on your chosen options. We also collaborate with external vendors for linens, extra lighting, and ceremony seating. All prices are tailored to your specific vision and requirements.

Q: Is there enough space for a dance floor?
A: Absolutely. We have a dance floor that can be set up in the Events room to accommodate your dancing needs.

Q: What parking is available for wedding guests?
A: We offer ample parking on the property, ensuring convenient access for all your guests.

Q: What are the special accommodation rates for guests, especially those coming from outside of Cromwell?
A: For your wedding night room, we offer a special 20% discount. All other accommodations are available at a 15% discount for your guests.
